After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

Maddox benched 723 for the American bench record. Missed 740 for the WR.

He's the first guy I've seen who I think 800 is really in the cards for, just based off of how explosively he can move such ridiculous weight.

It'd be one of the craziest lifts ever for sure. I know it's still quite far away but just the power that guy has I can conceive it being possible anyway, or at least being the first man to hit 350kg/770lb.
With his style of benching I think it would take a lot of work in the shirt to get used to the technique of it, I don't see his style transferring very well, but I'm sure he could figure it out.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

Hey, I got $100 to rogue (Canada)
Thinking about an atlas stone mold (can only get hybrid ones here, not slater)
I have some natural stones and currently can load my 286 and my 314 (funny enough I’d say they are equally as hard).
I’ve never touched an atlas stone but am only buying one mold so my idea was a 300lb and then do foam core for lighter stones. That’s a 19” stone which I’ve read feels much bigger than 18. Is this a bad idea?

John Haack 2k total @ 181. Sweet Jesus. Had his squats gone better he would have tied Jesse Norris's 2033 @ 198.
Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

Yeah, I think 800 is definitely possible for him. Would love to see it.
Ooof that reminds me how sore I am from banded deadlifts the other day. Definitely worth a watch. I got a pass to train there when I went to the Arnold. Such an awesome day...had to admit I felt like a total dyel squatting 285 in the corner with some big guy squatting over 700 on the mono.B:230(tng) S:322 D:385, 364x5 (cnvt) @134

I judged a bunch of those lifts. It was an interesting tie of the sport for sure. I have had great conversations with Lou and several of those lifters.

Can anyone reccomend me some good ways to rehab my shoulder? I want to start benching again. I have a band that I do rehab work with. But, I'd like to know what else I could do to heal it up faster.
