anyone got a link to like an simple deadlift program suitable for a low 600s conventional puller? don't really have access to bands or chains or anything like that, pretty much just straight bars and blocks/deficits

Maybe. Bychkov definitely has more in the tank but his best total is what, 1127.5kg, and Dennis has a nearly 1000kg raw total? I want to say he's done 986kg @ 120. It would be a fun battle.
What's everyone's favorite shoulder rehab exercises? Shoulders have been the one thing that's never given me problems but one is aggravated from bench.

Rear delt high reps, standing band snatches high reps, saunas, deep tissue massage down the arm including forearm, heavy use of liniments, traction with bands.

140kg in carryover isn't easy for everyone to get, especially if their raw total is a real total and not a gear lifters lolgym raw total [what I mean here is I get 170kg but my raw maxes are probably all well below my potential because I don't train them very hard, so maybe if I was as dedicated of a raw lifter as an actual raw lifter I'd only get 120 since my raw lifts would be higher but my gear lifts same... does that make sense?]. I'd say yeah he'd probably already be a contender and likely would be winning open nationals within a year but you never know. Some people can never get the stuff to work right

Lower trap work is huge imo.
Either face down with dumbbells, on an incline bench, doing the retractions, retract+rows, I, Y, T, those are good. Lately I have been doing the following with a micro mini band.
3d Pullaparts, regular pullaparts, ohp, overhead raises (essentially a standing I and Y). Those help a ton, I really swear by the lower trap stuff though, namely the I exercise. Helps a lot.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

Also, you guys remember a few years ago when I was posting in here about the super strong guy at my gym? Biby. He's moved back to Burkina Faso (Africa) but is just getting stupidly strong. He's some pressing he uploaded today. One of the biggest sets of presses ever I'm sure. Then some piss easy (bouncy) benches @ 485.

I use max grip now on my competition bench work, but pretty much a closer grip on everything else. Can't really arch on incline, so I feel like max grip would be a little rough on the shoulders. The closer grip feels good and a bigger ROM. I don't use a super narrow grip though, like some people go right where the smooth part starts.

I find incline I can tolerate a bit of a closer grip than I can for flat CGBP. Flat I don;t like going any closer than 1 finger from the edge of the smooth/knurling (about 1 fist in from comp grip). But incline doesn't bother me at all a bit closer. Hits the triceps harder than flat too, maybe just due to longer rom, but i think the force curve is a bit different too, and for me there's a really strong sticking point quite a way up.

We had guys that responded to these when decline would bother the shoulders, which would seem counter-intuitive but, we've had good results with them and program them regularly.

What kind of pain/irritation do you get? The last time I tried DB shoulder press, I was getting this weird pain in my left shoulder at the top near lock out. I don't get it with incline, flat, or decline though. So I just haven't done any DB shoulder press in a couple months. Haven't tried it with a BB to see if it's the same pain.
