And this is perfect. Take someone's ideas or template and apply it to yourself. That's the way it should be.
There's millions of templates out there anymore. And phone apps holy cow.

And science approach? I've seen many bro science or repeated thoughts.
Others seem to go further like

Tight tan slacks has a ton of great history and content. Some crap but still history. Great to read through. Mike T's site has a lot of great content. I like reading GZCL's stuff too. Both contrast each other. RPE vs Percentage GZCL's book is a dollar but everything in it is recapped in his blog and then some.
And I've always been a fan of the west side methods which has all of it for free in articles over the decades and always been a fan of Sheiko another two contrasting methods. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

Tight tan slacks site is awesome.
I love the Kazmaier articles, as well as some of John Kuc's stuff on there. Kazmaier's stuff though, even other than the templates is gold. The actual writing has a ton of great information.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

There's a lot of cool chit out there. We keep reinventing the wheel. Westside back attack at 7m 50 seconds. Also shows off an isometric and dynamic effort rig. What's funny is the multi station they show after that I had at my high school gym. Wish I used it. lol

As an ex-client of Izzy I somehow was tilted reading the past few pages lol.
One thing for sure as a coach I feel like he is very invested in his clients unlike the Big names out there that I've been with.
I bought it yesterday, and it's an okay book.
You are basically just buying the book for the revamped program. Most of the explanations are still the same.My Powerlifting "Road To Manlet" Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172129323

Who actually starts off at powerliftingtowin >> starting strength ??
When you search for powerlifting (when I started 3 years ago) all google gave me was Rippetoe. Not Iggy. I read Rippetoe stuff and when I found PTW it was a straight rip from it.
I didn’t like starting Strength but I started to learn more about powerlifting by looking at top level dudes (Blaine Sumners, EliteFts, etc etc) and looking at who they learned from. Have yet to see one of them give powerlifting to win the credit for their victories.
