Surprised, Priscilla's wraps never seem that tight. Maybe she doesn't want them completely cranked.

Yeah my bench is easily the most staggering. Hasn’t been the same since the tear at my first meet.

Do any of you guys have a lift that just sucks? The way things are going I'll bench 405 in 2018, and pull 635-650, and highly doubt I can squat 405.

I can squat more in wraps, for 5s, than I can pull in a deadlift suit for 1 most days.

Agreed, but they also start her on the quad side instead of the shin side so it just looks inefficient to me.

That's great to hear man. I'm only 22 no rush for kids but I love when younger kids ask me to help them so your own son must feel great

It's been awesome watching him get into all kinds of things. He is very active and loves all kinds of sports. So far he's been into baseball, basketball, soccer, golf and in the spring will do some flag football.

We're at an indoor skate park right now and when it's warmer out we go to an outside one. Skateboarding, scooter and bmx bike. Just got him geared up to do some bmx racing in the spring he wants to get into.

And then gymnastics he's doing year round. I've been renovating the basement by where I train and moved the laundry room knocking out some walls. Made a little gymnastics area for the kids to practice.

My raw no wrap squat is absolutely trash. So trash that I gave up training raw squats. With wraps its better and in a suit its also better. Deadlift is trash both raw and equipped.

Bought my son his first barbell and plates....dem feels again...

Troy 6' Al bar. 28mm weighs 18lbs on my scale With my ivanko cot-1.25's I'll call it 20lbs. No center knurl. About 15" center. 31.5" knurl marks so about 1/2" shy of standard PL marks. 51 3/4" between collars. Pinned sleeves with bushings.

The knurl is actually really nice medium knurl. Feels great in the hands. We did bench and deadlifts with it tonight. Got a couple 10lbs troy bumpers to go with it.

I really liked the Eddie Hall one they have so looking forward to this one too. Awesome that strength sports are getting more exposure these days.

Listen I get it for a Super Katana or for multi ply gear

But altering a Super Centurion or TRX is unbelievably easy. Take the seam, measure it very carefully, pinch it off however tight you want it, sew the hell out of it

Figure out what slack you wanna take in.

Stitch it into the back seams?

Finally getting healthy enough to deadlift again, and pulled a heavy deficit single yesterday and all injury pain is back in full force. Seriously considering bench only.

380ish I'd say. I've only been benching with my feet up so I'm not 100% sure. I can hit 365 feet up, and 405ish feet up with the blue slinger.

Single ply guys, how much do you think you could squat straps down vs full suit? I have to go heavy straps down in a couple weeks and don't really know what to expect. If my full suit max is 660 should I expect 600 straps down? More? Less?

I'm not sure what you mean. If my hips are loose I just sew the hip seam?

Ugh. I think I've done 300kg for a triple in straps down with a 350 squat. I hate it so much its so uncomfortable
