I pull sumo. SAme, me too my back has some DOMS usually.
I'm planning to do this. This is my last week on my hypertrophy block. I only have 3 weeks left before I need to do a meet prep, so I chose to decrease the volume and up the intensity (which serves as a deload too I guess as this is half the volume of my hypertrophy block) for the next 3 weeks.
Usually I deadlift on Tuesday after my COmp. SQ/BENCH on monday.
1st week:

I haven't typed out the rest of other two weeks but its something like that lol
Would appreciate any comments. My Powerlifting "Road To Manlet" Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=172129323

That feel when your son asks you to coach them. He asked me to tell him what to do and be his coach while he was playing around in the basement. He did exactly what I asked him to do too.

I don't have a whole lot to compare to but I have some American barbarll stiff wraps and they are pretty damn stiff. I have the wrists of a 13 year old girl and I can only get like 2.5-3 revs out of some 24" and my wrist doesn't move at all.
Either hellfire or WMD I can't remember which is which.
Side note just read guerilla warfare, and there are 3 programs for raw lifters in it, and if you are pure powerlifting focused those programs look rock ****ing solid.A total@A body weight

I would go for the Sig gold's. Metal silvers are very spongey wraps. Sig gold's are sorta hard and stiff with a quick lock up, very good for wrist wraps.
They're pretty much the best IPF wrap, except for bigger guys who can't get enough revs from them on the knees. That said Im pretty certain I could get 6 revs from a 2m Sig gold knee wrap with some help and enough effort/breaking them in.

Mind was blown at that. Either he has the smallest knee joints in the history of mankind or the boys are redefining tightness.

Figured. I've been giving it a read.
Really good stuff. I was expecting some bombastic hyper masculine chit for some reason. I was wrong, the book is really straightforward and honest. Programs look good (but what do I know? I'll have to try one) and the nutrition advice is rock solid.
Great age to begin.
Lawd, I wish I had started serious weight training that young.

I would love the opportunity to go on an epic journey across the Americas, Europe and Asia to find the meanest, tightest knee wrapper in the world
One of the guys to wrap me the tightest told me that the guy on the far left was the tightest he'd ever came across. The tightest American wrappers, or so I hear, are Larry Maile and Jeff Douglass

Yeah none of mine are good either since I'm like 225 BW, I just meant do you have 1 ******* lift. In 3 years I've put about 200 pounds on my total without my squat moving. Sucks knowing I could have a semi decent total is my squat would just help me a little. Not asking for a 700 squat here just 5-550.
