    cutting eating 2 eggs a day

    with the amount of meat i eat a day 12 oz of chicken breast and 2 eggs my dietary cholesterol is 174% of the RDA. is that safe? oh and the chicken only adds a little bit of cholesterol

    Dietary cholestorol has nothing to do with serum cholestorol in your blood.

    Just because you eat a lot of cholestorol doesn't necassarily mean you'll have high levels of serum cholestorol in the blood.

    So eat your eggs buddy!
