    The pump today was unreal. I ate 1c white past about an hour before my workout, and my skin was tearing. Took a quick clip after my arm day here. It's not super clear (uploading from your phone to Youtube just doesn't do very well unfortunately). Workout volume was fairly low today but those sets of 8 are all out sets where I couldn't get another rep. Intensity!

    I'm demolished. What an amazing leg day. I'm proud of my legs. Lost one of my shows and judges said they were too small. So I've trained legs like a mad man ever since and now they're one of my strong points.
