The pump today was unreal. I ate 1c white past about an hour before my workout, and my skin was tearing. Took a quick clip after my arm day here. It's not super clear (uploading from your phone to Youtube just doesn't do very well unfortunately). Workout volume was fairly low today but those sets of 8 are all out sets where I couldn't get another rep. Intensity!

    Final Review

Flavor-10/10 Pineapple Banana was spot on. Loved it. It's not sour, it's sweet. I was a little unsure on the flavor because it sounds quite different, but I loved it.

Mixability-10/10 No issues at all here. Mixed perfectly fine in a shaker

Formula-10/10 2.5g leucine, Coconut water, Glycerol, 5g total aminos. Pretty awesome

Price-8/10 Little bit pricey at over $1 per scoop. Could definitely find cheaper, but not too bad.

Overall-9/10 Only reason I dropped it a bit was the price. Other than that, it's an amazing product. Taste great, mixes great, and formula is solid.
