i'm tired of eating spaggheti lol. also tired of bagels with non fat cream cheese or non fat cheese on top. also tired of eating pancakes with minimal syrup (because it's HFCS, and no good on carb refeed), i also find that my body does not respond well to mashed potatos or rice.
outside of the above, any recommendations/suggestions/input on what i could eat for my carb refeed tomorrow?

need suggestions for carb refeed foods (high starchy carbs, Low/No fat)

I know it's expensive but some REAL maple syrup is a good investment in terms of taste...
or like, molasses on pancakes, or something that has some nutrients?

+1 for cereal without milk. It's frequently a part of my on the go meals. Also, I have come to prefer almond and cashew milks to dairy milk.

Haha nice I do the exact same thing! Then add some chocolate protein in there with some natty PB and a bit of honey and mix it all together and bam! It's like a healthy reces pieces cereal! That's my breakfast and by far the meal I look forward to the most!
OP there are tons of options others have already mentioned like pasta, sweet potatoes, yams, russet potatoes, no milk cereal, rice, stachy veggies like corn, carrots, squash, parsnips etc. I like potatoes of all varieties as they are cheap as hell, are very versatile and have virtually no carbs. Seriously though man carbs are the macro that are by FAR the most abundant and easiest to getThe Deadlift is the ultimate fight of you VS the bar.

you won't have a spotter to help the hard part of a deadlift.
