*I don't care whether my binge caused any harm to my body composition*
So I went to a vacation with my father, 3 meals a day you can eat basically as much as you want. I told myself I want to have fun and hang out with my father so I didn't bother counting calories, as I have for the past 7 months.
By the end of the vacation, I'm having some hard overthinking here and would really appreciate your thoughts.
-Before that vacation, I was bulking and counting calories consistently. Never avoided any type of food and had some sweets in my regular eating habits.
-On those 2 days, I didn't count but I suppose I ate over 7k cals a day. I remember telling my father after one of those meals that I think I have lost the basic abillity to eat untill satiety. I was so used to eat by what MFP was telling, that now when I wasn't counting I just ate untill I felt really really bad. Each of those nights were a nightmare, I can't even explain the sweat and bloat I was having.
*I honestly don't care whether it made my bulking process to gain more fat. I will continue what I was doing without looking back. But, I am worried about that psychologically, that thought pattern of "Hey I don't count today and it's yummy so why won't I keep eating untill I'll feel very very bad". Has anyone experienced it? Is that irregular?

Take a deep breath, realize that such an insignificant thing is not worth worrying about.
Move on with life as normal and enjoy the memories created on the vacation.
Having a 'free day' sometimes can be a nice mental break; don't have a binge mentality though, life is not a food challenge.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

"Hey I don't count today and it's yummy so why won't I keep eating untill I'll feel very very bad"
Because in your mind priority #1 is your body composition. And obviously if you overeat on the daily, this will not improve your composition. You appear pretty lean in your AVI. You're fine though. Just listen to your body as you continue to grow and be mindful of your intake.

I didn't really get you. If my number 1 priority would be my body composition why would the mentality be eat as much as you can?
Ty anyway, and thanks everyone as well. I'm going to keep the bulking routine, and obviously not look back. I just really hope that everything's fine psychologically.. Like that I didn't "lose" the "normal" perception of food, I actually felt like I couldn't get to satiety as long as I don't put the calorie limit I'm used to.
