What's up everyone. 90kg, 178cm (Picture after meal 1 and 2)
How much bf % do you think I have ? Should I keep gaining mass or start cutting in your opinion ?

I'd say you are somewhere in the 15% BF range, maybe a tad more. What are you trying to accomplish? Are you wanting to compete in the near future or just want to get bigger? You've got decent size if you wanted to start cutting, but if you aren't thinking about doing a show, what's the point of cutting? That would be how you'd decide to go about it.
