Well what you probably can't tell from the pic is that it is somewhat flimsy rubber, and is split along the bottom (so you can insert your arm to strap in as designed). It slides onto the buffer tube so it isn't inherently adjustable but I used a KAK tube to set it back a couple of inches. You can also use a clamp like a bicycle seat clamp, but I don't know if that could constitute a redesign. There are also spacer inserts you can slide onto the tube. You can get it back a good bit before losing any stability. It's only held on with friction. Finally, there is no butt pad so it's a bit less comfortable there.

I wonder if it would constitute redesign to put a piece of foam rubber in the void between the material where the strap is, and if that would have any effect on making it more shoulderable.
By the way, since I know that there are now more SR-25 pattern shooters ITT than there were a few years ago, Brownells has the mags they designed for the M110 regularly priced at $9.99. While a 20rd PMAG is only $19.99 in most places, it might be a good alternative for use as a range mag. http://www.brownells.com/magazines/r...prod71942.aspx

The reason why most pistol braces are hideous and not very effective as stocks is pretty obvious. If it works too well as something that can be shouldered the ATF is not going to give it the OK as a pistol brace.

What kind of stock is it? If it's Magpul, they're all the same buttpad. If you have a commercial tube, which is likely on a DPMS AR10, it won't be able to collapse fully, by about 1/8-1/4", with a new buttpad. No big deal.
If the end of the tube is slanted, it's commercial. If it's flat it's mil-spec.
Edit I'm assuming you mean you can't find a buttpad, not you can't fit one.

SBm4 has been my favorite brace so far.
Much better than the original brace I have on my AK pistol.
The SBm4 is comfortable but will feel "cramped" for longer armed bros.
I experienced no movement after a few mags but I don't know how it will hold up in the long run.
My PSA was $409 shipped plus the brace. I had the DD iron left over from a take off.*Misc Firearms Crew Illuminati*

That reminds me, I need to get rid of my SIG brace before I build another pistol around it. I meant to build this one for the SIG brace but said fuk it and got a second SBM4.

Thoughts on the CZ 75 P-01 compact for CCW? Anyone use it as their many carry weapon? Currently carry a Glock 26, just wanting to add another pistol. Live in CA so a lot of options are off the table.

Guess I need to buy a shot timer to video next time. Probably lost a good .3 seconds on reload due to pulling from pants pocket since I don't have a mag carrier for this gun yet. Gun - bro in laws bone stock Shadow 2, Alex and Ryan OWB holster.
No need to enter me on spread sheet. Will video it next time with my personal S2 since I should have it back from CZ Custom in about a week.

All of my friends are too big of pussies (or maybe they're smart?) and won't go to the Trump rally today. I'm not even going to get involved with either side, just going to sit back and watch. Maybe talk shiit to Nazis if I see any, and make fun of the champagne socialist antifa ***gots too.
