    Bulk or cut?

So I am basically 17 years old, around 178cm height and 70kgs / 153lbs, have been working out for 1,5 years. I am at around 15-16 % body fat and I would like to get an advice whether to bulk or cut.

If I bulk I will reach 18-19% bodyfat and look terrible, if I cut then I won't be able to gain muscle at all.

So what should I do? Go for a clean bill +200 calories?

At 17 yo I would personally not worry about bulking or cutting. Just eat, lift on a structured program and sleep.

Well the question is, how much should I eat? Maintenance? Or above/below? Or should I not even count calories and stuff and just eat healthy?

Slow bulk, around +150/250? I am afraid to cut because many have told me that teens shouldn't even think of cutting unless they are overweight which is not the case here. That because at this age hormones are very high etc and can easily build muscle.

id eat slightly below maintenance, not enough to affect performance but enough to see positive body composition changes.
I was an obese teenager though so it might be my bias.
