    Knee Injury

    Hi there,

I've been practicing squats for quite a while and about 6 months ago I got my knee injured (while I was running but I think the main reason was the squats).
Now, after 6 months I thought I was recovered, but when I start squatting again (without weight) I start to get the pain the same place.
I went to a Dr. I got X-rays (though no MRI) and everything looks fine.

Did someone have a similar experience? Is good to keep pushing or is better to rest?
    Advice? (besides getting a MRI)?

    Thanks

Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome is probably a good place to start looking.
