    Question Feeling extreme dizziness and being too tired after leg day

    I hope this is the right category to ask this.

    I have not been hitting my legs since the day I almost throw up and passed out after I tried to do 4 sets of squats. They were not heavy nor I was hungry, my form was perfect too. Some time later(1 year I think) today, I thought I should start training my legs since I am taking this more seriously. But after 3 sets of calf raise, leg extension and leg curl I started to feel a heavy dizziness and I am too tired since the end of the workout.

    I suppose these shouldn't happen. Any advices or anyone who had been through this ?

    could have something to do with the strain maybe? dude i used to get bad head pain during leg press and one time something fukking snapped in my head and i was sitting in bad pain for a straight minute and thought i might fall unconcious or die because when i tried to move it hurt even more and i think i was just pushing myself to hard or something
