gyno is just fat... if you get really lean it usually goes away or not noticeable anymore

Gyno is just an increase in fatty breast tissue. It shouldn't cause any hard lumps.

Depends on how hard it is (srs), it's denser than normal fat and should feel like rubber. Visit your doctor

I'm 17 and I've got mild - low pubertal Gyno.
I don't have any pain in my nipples / sensitivity, just a little extra breast fat / some harder parts like "rubber" near the areola.
