I am almost there "to look like him". The problem is my pecs or chest;Its a bit skinny and small ripped. My abs looks sexy like the photo but my pecs are the problem because it doesn't match my body what I expect at the photo so I really want those pecs. What are the techniques to shape it? Do I need to drink some kind of hardening creatine or beta mass?

Basically yes. But you can EMPHASIZE some parts of your chest (clavicular head (upper chest), sternocostal head (middle (no not 'inner chest'), and abdominal head (lower chest))
No matter what chest exercise you do though, the entire chest will be worked.
If you still don't understand what I mean take incline dumbbell press as an example.
Incline dumbbell press EMPHASIZES the upper chest but still the entire pectoral muscle will still be worked.5'3 @ 145-149 Lbs BW - Total: 1118 Lbs
