    $3.50 x 220lb = $770

Unsure what the market is and how valuable these Troy rubber HEX dumbbells are.

That's a very reasonable price for the 5 - 75 set. You can always get the 120lb add on later from IM.

You should have snatched those up. That's a great price any day, but you could have flipped them for a $500 profit if you didn't want them for yourself.

    York 1st generation Squat Stands

For 50 years, I've been lugging around -- but not actually using -- a pair of York 1st generation fixed-height squat stands (initially called deep knee bend stands). Made in the 1940s thru mid-1950s.

Now might be a good time to sell them, although they're probably more of a collector's item, but what should I expect to be able to sell them for?

    Question

To me (maybe some of the legend folks can chime in) this looks like a 3171. The two interior weight storage pins on each side are throwing me for a loop. If one of you pick it up, be sure to post some pictures. I'd like to see how it turns out.

Unfortunately, not very much. They're not sought after, although they still look cool imo. More of a display piece.

Was hoping to get opinions on this:

    https://baltimore.craigslist.org/spo/7141500304.html

It looks like all this stuff came from Dick's. It's low end/cheap, obviously, but based on online reviews I think it'd be good enough for my purposes, at least to get started. Not sure about the price though. The ad's been on CL for a month...I double-checked and it *is* still available.

Rack looks like lightweight and low end. Plates are low end too. Before C19, that would maybe bring $300.

Anyone have experience with the Parabody CM3 cable gym? Found one with a 210# stack for a good price. Since it's only a single stack I don't know if it's worth it for most 2-handed stuff, but might be nice for other assistance work. The machine is disassembled so I wasn't able to try it out.

I added some photos to my gallery of a bar some guy is selling at the moment. I don’t think I can post links of pictures until 50 posts, so... yeah.

He is asking $80. Anyone know what it is and if it’s worth it?

I'd be tempted to pay $800 for that rack, it's a diamond in the rough. You will be hard pressed to find a more bomb proof rack that the BFS Open top rack. It's easily the most overbuilt rack I have ever laid hands on......
