The issue is so many people today have ridiculous standards. Even a lot of attractive short guys have a rough time due to women's standards. I've been told by many people I'm attractive but I'm only 5'6"-5'7" & I still get eliminated as an option by a big percentage of women. So it's like I'm being equated to an ugly person when it comes to dating. I do feel bad for ugly people, but unfortunately the vast majority of the time people get with people in their own league of looks unless the guy has a lot of money or something, or the woman gets lucky & gets someone above her league that is for some reason his type.

It's all preference. Me wanting a girl with nice legs is just as shallow. I don't think there is anything wrong with people having preferences, there are a ton of people in the world, why settle?

In general I think women prefer men taller than them, but that isn't every woman. I've also never felt discriminated by height. It gets talked about so much on here, but ive never experienced it. Maybe a few less "right swipes" but I wouldn't know.
