Do you know of any particular ingredients that you can't tolerate? Or any non-stimulant PWOs that you've tried in the past that have been fine? That would help us.

Some caffeine free options to consider
    Controlled Labs White Pipes
    Caffeine Free Scivation Quake
    iFN HemaVol and HemaV02
Carbon Prep (50% off on bbcom, being discontinued I guess, now is the time, has pretty insignificant amount of caffeine)
    PES High Volume

You don't need a pre or intra workout, if it really bothers you to drink anything but water pre or intra, just don't take a pre or intra besides water. Focus on your daily nutrition, as you should be anyway, sufficient carbs an hour or two before workouts may be nice, get a meal or protein shake post workout, you'll be fine if your nutrition is where it should be.

Read the labels. Yes, superpump max is definitely a noticeable stimulant. Size-On is not, but if simple BCAA bother your stomach, I can only imagine size on or similar being worse

You could try out Carbon Prep while it is on sale, it's a good PWO and you could try half-scooping it to see if it bothers your stomach at all. Keep in mind that this has a minuscule caffeine amount so it's not completely stimulant-free. I'd also recommend our own PlasmaJet, but I'm not sure how your stomach might react to it due to the ingredient osthole.

Additionally, the Carbon Prep is not his company's brand (or mine) and I don't believe there are samples for them.

You can get some free controlled labs samples here. It will include caffeinated white pipes and I think it will include caffeine free white pipes

    https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=171098571

And it's hard to go wrong with that 50% off carbon prep

It truly all depends on what ingredient(s) are causing your problems.

NEOGENIX BodyForge Ultra provides some L-Citrulline(Raises NO levels but also can relieve muscle soreness, enhance performance) + Agmatine (can inhibit NO breakdown and has nutrient partitioning effects) + provides other ergogenic ingredients for strength, power output, deacreased DOMS, increased performance

Other great products I've used myself:
    - ANS Dilate
    - Cellucor CN3
    - Controlled Labs GlycerGrow2
    - Controlled Labs White pipes
    - Core Nutritionals Core Pump
    - iForce Hemavo2 Max
    - Komodo Vaskular
    - MTS Vasky
    - Olympus Labs Conqu3r Unleashed
    - PES High Volume
    - Purus Labs Noxygen
    - Carbon Prep and PlasmaJet work great as well but have a tiny

Was just coming in to mention BodyForge Ultra.
It'll promote pumps, recovery, and strength.
Hemavol has always been a local favorite as well.

What are you looking for? Ergogenic aids? Pump? Maybe just some carbs to help you through the workout?

This would be pushing me towards preworkout carbs (either in the form of a drink or food).
Could also add in creatine and betaine, both of which would help a little in terms of strength and could be dosed away from your workout, which might help with the stomach upset.

I take a bottle of gatorade with 5g of creatine about 45 mins to an hour before working out. so my carbs should be fulfilled right there.
and yes im looking for ergogenics/strength and pumps

I think he meant a tiny amount of stims. PJ has 50mg caffeine and Carbon Prep has no caffeine, but it has some theobromine.

I would say the caffeine. Theobromine is a milder stimulant.
    You can't help the hopeless.

I'll throw in another vote for PES High Volume as a non stim supp you could check out. Also look at some NO Boosting products like VolcaNO or Force Factor instead of a stim pre workout.

Partyrocking answered for me. "Stims" was the missing word. If you go with carbon Prep, I prefer the cranberry grape flavor over the fruit punch. But with the current price point you might as well order both flavors IMO

I like agmatine as it can inhibit NO breakdown and has nutrient partitioning effects. You can stack it with prep

    Just mix your own:

    Beta alanine
    Citrulline mallate
    Creatine
Fruit punch powder of your choice

    Much cheaper

That's basically a one ingredient pre though (citrulline).

Much less effect compared to something like Prep or any of the other good stim free pre workouts

Only one of those ingredients, Cit mal, has a noticeable effect acutely and you didn't list an amount.
