i know these feels, but fortunately all my injuries have healed other than a slight pain in my right shoulder when i do dumbell incline bench
very minor lingering injury in my right tricep too, but it usually doesnt affect me.
too stubborn to take time off from gym, need more gains.Merica

Got my workout area almost finished.... I was going to workout this morning...alarm went off..hit snooze..ah, that extra 30 min of hearing the alrm going on and off...should have just gotten up in the first place....

I never lose momentum. I have to be sick or injured, and if itโs the latter Iโll find a way to work around it.
