This is a tight-knit log that barely anyone posts in, other than those we don't care about. You know who we are....
Since the first log a number of other people who otherwise wouldn't normally log have joined us in logging workouts, sharing training knowledge and philosophy
honorable mention to mcfreako.....rest in peace gheyboi.
We don't care about reps, we don't care about negs, we just want to log and share motivation and advice.
If there is a problem with anyone logging in here take it up with them and don't let the entire group suffer.

think i am doing every lift wrong. other muscles growing outside of the ones i am aiming for
example: bench press...arms 18 inch but my chest is flatter than a pancake
also chest never feels tired but arms tire out
anyone else feel this
