    I need help! New to bodybuilding

    Hey, i'm a 15 year old athlete turning 16 next month. I went though a 60lb weight loss journey occuring with mass amounts of cardio and a nice diet. I had lots of success but I want to gain muscle mass now. I enjoy boxing and me and a buddy had a jokeful match, I won but I need tips/help: RichardSinghFitness (One word, copy and paste to youtube) (Subscribe and like/comment?) I'll be continuing my journey there. I'm new to bodybuilding but besides aesthetics I would like to know how to defend myself if the situation ever arises. ANy help ? Any feedback in regards to the video? If anyone can give me a good program I will follow it up on my channel. Please help!

    For strength I'd recommend something like a 5x5 program or AlphaDestiny's novice program.
