Im about 17%bf at the moment, currently losing around .8kg per/week at 2400cal.
Im doing 5x5 with 2 accessorie lifts in workout A & B. Along with three 45mins steady state cardio sessions.
I was wondering how to tackle 15 to 10 bf change. I know i cant keep on losing nearly 1kg per/week much longer. Would you recommend a drop in calories or increase calorie burnt.
I'd also like to get back into bjj & kickboxing. How should i consume more calories to combat these intensive training sessions. Eat extra through the week or couple days prior?
