Hi everyone, I hope you guys can give some feedback and advises as I am no expert.
Been body building for a year used to weight 340 lbs with 49% body fat.
I am 22 years old 6'2", I did a body assessment yesterday and these were the results:
Current weight 282.2 lbs
201.0 lbs lean body mass
28.8% body fat.
54.3 lbs muscle mass
26.1 lbs right leg
26.2 lbs left leg
93.4 lbs trunk
13.2 lbs both arms
146.7 lbs water
I am still in the obese category, I need to be in the 15-20% bf range but would really prefer 10-12% bf
I don't like to look big and muscular like wwe wrestlers, more like fit and agile with abs and to have high endurance.
Should I keep building muscle as it would help burn more fat or switch to a different training program to focus on loosing fat without gaining nor loosing any muscle?
All thoughts are appreciated

Are you an IFBB professional we've never heard of? If no, then why are you posting here? Go to the losing fat or misc section.
