    Strength gains but no real gains

    People compliment me but I don't believe it I have been lifting for about 3 months and I am gaining crazy strength and my atheltism is crazy I feel so ****ing explosive my stats right now

    Deadlift-350
    Squat-320

    the strength gains should be pretty motivating, but depending on your bf, you may not see too much change in a while. just keep at it and it will come
    Bench 315 lbs
    Squat 355 lbs
    Dead 510 lbs - will never lift this again :( final destination snap city 26/9/16
