Wanted to get your guys opinion on whether I should just stop bulking and cut straight away. Been back at the gym after not lifting for a year and making huge improvements on all my lifts, gone up 30kg on squats, 20kg on bench, 40kg dl and 20kg on ohp (didn't start low on lifts started at quite high of my 1 rep max). Each pic is about 3 weeks apart (black shorts is today if you're wondering) and I can see myself getting bigger, but would a 4-5 week cut help me out in the long run?
Im worried that i'll loose my 'noob gains' if I waste them cutting and can get alot bigger faster if I just bulk. Or is that completely illogical to think like that. Its basically winter now as well, so I think with a shirt on I don't even look like a lift. Also, was thinking I don't even have enough muscle mass for a cut to be effective.

my first piece of advice would be to shave that caveman chest,, after that find a treadmill and start your cut ASAP.
seriously though.. you really don't need to lose weight, just body fat to make your cuts/muscles more visible. i wouldn't suggest changing much, maybe just try adding a few extra minutes of high intensity cardio in or sit in a sauna for a few minutes to sweat out some body fat if possible.
obviously clean diet will help with this also

I do eat a very clean diet, im just prone to put on weight, even when I was eating like 1k cals a day when I was at uni I still had a 20%+ bodyfat, **** genetics. At the moment I do 20 mins LISS cardio on off days but I guess I need to start doing it everyday or something. I never shave my chest, have to do my back though, ****ing **** started getting super hairy at 17.

I don't even look like a lift with a shirt on thats why I questioned bulk/cut. I just thought you need some muscle mass in order to cut, otherwise you're cutting to nothing.
1 rep max:
OHP - 53kg (116 pounds)
Bench - 75kg (165 pounds)
DL - 128kg (282 pounds)
Squat - 90kg (200 pounds)
Started at 30kg, 40kg, 60kg, 40kg respectively start of July.Healthcare Crew

depends on your definition of big and lean. Here's my issues with the typical natty who bulks and cuts
Typical bulk- hurr durr eat as much as possible don't care if it's healthy or not cuz calories in calories out, combine that with a ****ty strength routine and you get tons of fat gain
Typical cut- durrrr calories in calories out time to starve myself and eat whatever I want while forgetting about important factors like insulin resistance, leptin, ghrelin, etc. And then they complain about muscle/strength loss because they don't know what the **** they're doing
Most natties just go overboard in one direction or the other which just ****s them long termNo porn crew

I agree with everything you say, but I am alot more informed than those people. Ive been on and off for 7 years doing this, I just have an extremely slow matabolism but gain alot of strength fast. I was about 20% body fat eating 1k calories a day at uni. I didn't even 'dirty bulk' to look like that. I literally do 20mins liss on off days, follow a novice 5x5 programme, and eat balanced lean meals every single day. I just am extremely prone to being a fat ****.

I think it's from having weak/inactive muscles. If you spend a lot of time sitting down you will most likely have it. You definitely want to fix it asap if you don't want to have shoulder problems in the future
Here's a solid video with exercises that will help fix it. Also add in face pulls on days you train your upper body if you aren't already doing them.
