New to bulking, need advice!
Hey,
So currently going to start a bulk, here's my weight and height.
170 pounds
5ft 9.6"
I'm planning on eating four big meals a day consisting of chicken breasts beef mince rice veg and sweet potatoes.
How much fat, protein and fibre will I need To get in a day?
Also would around 3000 - 3300 kcal a day sound about right?

80g of fats = 720calories
430g of carbs = 430calories
