I just used the bodyspace app and the program page here on the site. Not super convenient but not to much of a hassle.

Doesn't seem to hit much for building overall mass -- how was your experience with the program?

Umm you have strength day and hypertrophy days... What is your wilks score? It is a brutal program and unless you have already been squatting, benching, and dead lifting with heavy weight multiple days a week I wouldn't recommend it. But if you are a 2x bw squat and dead lift and 1.5x bw bench and you are up for the hardest program you have probably done then go for it. It sky rocketed my lifts packed on muscle and built mental toughness I didn't know existed... by the 8 week mark(if you last that long) almost every day you will ask yourself do you really want to continue lol. It increase my wilks by like 20-25 points if I remember correctly. If you are intermediate I suggest you start with his PHUL or PHAT programs first. If you wilks is over 300 and you are a gluten for punishment have at it.

I'll echo what Shaun said, if you aren't accustomed to very high volume and frequency on your big lifts there are better options out there. This progam is tough but will absolutely add pounds to your total if you follow it correctly.
    Bench: 365
    Squat: 495
    Deadlift: 535
