    Right time for my creatine

    I will not go to the loading phase, heard that it's a waste of money and the supplement as I only need 5-10 grams per day...
    So is getting 5 grams of creatine 30 mins pre-workout is enough for my bulking phase ?

    5g a day, every day for a month. After that, 3-5g on workout days will maintain saturation just fine. No need to take pre workout.. anytime is good.

    Like said above just 5g creatine monohydrate is sufficient. timing doesn't matter at all as long as you taking it in each day.
