So I am talking to my brother Ric on the phone earlier today about working out. I asked him if he has been hitting the gym, he tells me he was in a grove and doing really well for about a month and then he went to the beach and when he got home he caught a cold.
So then he tells me, get this, he hasn't gone to the gym because, you ready.....He doesn't want to get other people sick....Are you fcking kidding me????
I had to hang up on him, seriously.

If I am a coughing, sneezing, wheezing mess, I will lay off going to the gym. I've got enough equipment here at the house to get in a decent workout. The 'cold season' is just about to start. LOL It lasts from late August to early June. 1st Graders are walking, talking, contagion.

Definitely. The vast majority of colds for me have 1 bad day surrounded by 5-7 days of your basic coughing and sniffling. I skip the gym on that 1 day and just make sure to use the cleaning spray on everything I touch at the gym the rest of the time.Originally Posted by bodyhard
