    Unhappy Help!! 6 weeks out binge

    I'm fuming with myself right now 😤😤 I am 6 weeks out and just binged massively.... 3 Krispy Kremes, chocolate, cereal and some ice cream 😭😭 I literally couldn't stop myself. Have I ruined all the hard work?? What can I do to try and minimise the effects of this binge??

    No you didn't ruin anything. Just get back on track. It may haves even helped you this once

    You posted a similar thread back in June. You provide little info so my guess would be your calories are possibly too low or your diet is too restricted boring/bland.
