    Question Unable to gain weight even though im doing everything right

    I'm currently sitting at 9.6 stone (134 pounds) 5ft 11, eat big (well over the average amount) with a fast metabolism and I train frequently, gym every other day and calisthenic pushups and abdominal exercises daily. Despite this I have been at the same weight for months and I'm still staying lean despite my high calorie diet. Wtf am I doing wrong, cheers

    I can help. If you truly eat 5000 calories a day, please post what you ate yesterday. The exact measurements of food as well. Example

    Morning:
    3 eggs
    60g of oats
    1 orange
    2 slices whole grain bread

    etc do this, for what you ate yesterday

    Please tell us what you are AND what gym routine you are on. If you're on a proper routine u don't need to do calisthentics every other day and that might even be hindering your progress
