Prepare meals for the day all at once
Eat less frequently
As far as what to eat that is high in calories and protein, fatty meats are the way to go. Or eat lean meats and fatty foods like peanut butter and avocado etc.
If you get tired of the same foods quickly or you are a picky eater...I've got no advice for you. I can eat the same stuff all the time and it doesn't bother me.

"What can i start eating every day that isn't ****ing disgusting, and doesn't make me unproductive? i cant do anything since i have to fking eat all day."
What is your goal?
Losing fat?
Then you must accept the burden of eating healthy and 'disgusting'.
You'll get used to it.
If you eat six meals per day, it takes a lot of time.
This is why most people i know, eat three meals and have two shakes.
When i didn't had time to cook, i would drink loads of milk and canned tuna and prepared salad.
Also fuet sausages and bacon.
But it is better to eat vegetables with steak and perhaps eggs and rice six times a day.
It is just so much work.
It is dedication. So you're on the internet for good advice, here's some good advice: have a good laugh once in a while. And never tear your bicep!

Prepare your meals, eat less frequently, whine less, and get focused. I dont like to be harsh but your attitude is not conducive to achieving anything right now, readjust your perspective.
And if you dont want it that bad, that is okay. Its not anything wrong with you, the drive has to be there. If its a goal you dont truly want then find something that does ignite a fire. Otherwise, get back in the kitchen and get your meal prep

Try intermittent fasting. Best resource on the internet for this is here - www.leangains.com
Try eating between 2-4 meals per day instead of every couple of hours. Also prep!

I read a review on bodybuilding studies that said there is no advantage in eating more than four times a day for building muscle. So you need to prepare 4 meals..
Meals can be fast:
Breakfast (Choose One):
1)Almond Butter and Banana Sandwich Eziekel Bread Sandwich
2)Egg Sandwich with ham
3)Oats, Almond Butter, Blueberries
Whey Shake
Lunch(Choose One):
Turkey Sandwich
Tuna Sandwich
Chicken/Turkey/Tuna salad
Dinner(Choose One):
Chicken and Sweet Potato (Throw both in oven and walk away. Can microwave potato. Can buy precooked chicken)
Chicken Salad(can buy precooked chicken)
Burger with lean 10 percent beef/Venison/Turkey(You can bake patty, or buy a microwavable patty)
Meal 4:
Casein protein
Banana
Almond Butter
Breakfast, Lunch , Meal 4 should be less than 10 minutes. You can even get a frozen dinner with over 32 grams of protein for dinner if you like. Or eat the breakfast and lunch options for dinner.
Or every Sunday spend an hour preparing the meals. Learn how to make stew, chili, and chicken dishes. Then throw them in freezer..

Why not just eat 3 meals per day and forget about fasting?
Why would anyone trying to gain muscle try to cram 3 or 4 meals into 8 hours?
Unfortunately there's no good study comparing 4 meals with 5 or 6 meals. It's likely that 5 or 6 protein rich meals is slightly better, but the difference will be small.Recommended science based fitness & nutrition information:

I usually make myself a giant pot of chilli on Sunday and it last me to wedensday. Beans, meat, vegetables etc high in protein, fiber. For teh chilli i either make rice/quinoa/sweet potatoes for the extra fill. DOllop of sour cream when its time to eat, sometimes I'll add some avocados.
The truth is, unless You got a butler/personal chef, You need to accept the fact that eating will be monotonous.
Your not eating to satisfy the palate, You are eating to fuel the body.
I eat 5 meals during the day - But I do that only because i feel much better because of that, smaller meals are easier digested, and I dont like the feeling of being overstuffed, which I had when I only ate 3 meals. Some people are different and they can do the three meal a day, sometimes 2 meals a day thing. To each their own.
Oh, and for breakfast its always Natural Jogurt + Musli + fruits + Goji Berries. I literally eat that every day during the weekdays and its fine. Its fuel.
On the weekends I spoil myself and make myself an omelette and throw whatever i can/want in it. My favorite right now is spinach and goat cheese. With some wholewheat toast on the side.
