Hi guys , I've been taking creatine 5 g for over 1 year and I see a little result but didn't get any strenght at all. Shall I go for 10 grams a day 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off?

No reason to cycle creatine.
If you haven't gained any strength in a year, you need to reevaluate your diet and training.You can't help the hopeless.

like with most supplements, you can't expect gains similar to steroids because it just isn't going to happen
if you haven't made progress in a year then something is wrong with your training or diet because you should have progressed in that time whether you're using creatine or notNSCA CSCS
