    Creatine dose?

Hi guys , I've been taking creatine 5 g for over 1 year and I see a little result but didn't get any strenght at all. Shall I go for 10 grams a day 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off?

    No reason to cycle creatine.

If you haven't gained any strength in a year, you need to reevaluate your diet and training.
    You can't help the hopeless.

You might have been expecting a bit much from creatine as you won't see much of a difference from it. No reason to go beyond 5g daily, you won't see any added benefits.
Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

No need to cycle your dosage of 5g of creatine. If you haven't gained any strength I'd look into your training regimen. Is your training program based on progressive overload? Also take a look at your diet.

You may need to eat more calories than 'little extra' to gain size and strength.

Stay with the 5gr per day, drink lots of water, get in a 500 kcal surplus and stick to a 5x5 routine.

It's not the creatine. 3-5 grams per day, any time, all the time.

No need to cycle off it and no reason to up the dose (you'll just waste it).
I would take a good look at your overall nutrition and workout routine(s)

like with most supplements, you can't expect gains similar to steroids because it just isn't going to happen

if you haven't made progress in a year then something is wrong with your training or diet because you should have progressed in that time whether you're using creatine or not
