NutraBio Stack Review: PRE, Reload, Intra, Fat Burner, Mulit, and Protein

I was extremely fortunate and won NutraBio's "Breakout Brand of the Year" promo! The prize was a full NutraBio Muscle Stack, which to say the least is HUGE! This stack features their PRE, Intra-Blast, Reload Recovery Matrix, Thermo Fuel V.9, Multi-Sport Men's Formula, and Muscle Matrix Protein.

I will review each of these product over multiple uses in this thread. I am really excited about testing out this stack as it features a ton of really premier product. NutraBio is definitely one of the top companies in the supplement industry. Today I gave their Chocolate Peanut Butter Muscle Matrix Protein a go! It was great! My thoughts are in the next post!

So my first foray into the NutraBio Muscle Stack started with their immaculate Chocolate Peanut Butter Muscle Matrix Protein! This product features a 25 grams of protein, 1 gram of carbs, and 0.5 grams of fat. This is a super clean formula with a solid protein dose per serving. The protein is sourced from whey protein isolate (14.3 g) and micellar casein (10.7 g). I absolutely appreciate and praise the complete transparency of NutraBio's formulas. They even disclose the flavoring and sweeteners - the entire label, nothing hidden. Not only are they premier in transparency but the quality is high as well. This is a clear 10 out of 10 formula.

Muscle Matrix Protein Formula


My first run at Chocolate Peanut Butter Muscle Matrix was 1.5 scoops in 12 oz of coconut milk. The product mixed very well with minimal foaming or bubbling, which was impressive for a product with a 45% casein protein content. The texture was a little bit thick but still smoother than expected. I will have to give it a go in milk and Fairlife to see how it mixes. The flavoring was a lot more subtle and mild than expected. The coconut milk flavor somewhat overpowered the chocolate peanut butter flavor. It still really tasted nice, but I was hoping for something a little more decadent. It'll be interesting to see what the taste would be in a more neutral liquid like regular milk or water. We'll see. Right now I put the taste at a 9 out of 10.

Multi Sport Men's Formula is NutraBio's multivitamin that continues its tradition of transparency and quality. The formula delivers a complete panel of vitamins and minerals at reasonable doses. I really like the use of the full lineup of B vitamins and the modest doses of vitamin D, iron, and zinc. I think the formula is a little aggressive with its dosing of fat soluble vitamins like vitamin A, E, and K. Most individuals with a well-rounded diet are getting enough of those vitamins, and there really isn't any research to suggest that their use will contribute to overall health or athletic performance in any significant way unless there are deficiencies. Additionally, I think the selenium, vanadium, and chromium could have been foregone in the formula. However, I really like the inclusion of ALA, NAC, citrus bioflavonoids, and inositiol in the formula; these bonus ingredients are nicely dosed too. I do appreciate that NutraBio suggests breaking the full 4 capsule dose into two 2 capsule servings, one in the morning and one at night. I put this product at a 9 out of 10!

When it comes to NutraBios's proteins that I've tried they have all had stellar ingredient profiles
and even their Classic Whey which is pure WPC80 gets a solid 10/10 on the profile cause they
use the best concentrate available. I don't know if you like overnight proats but the concentrate
works pretty well so I'm sure the Muscle Matrix you have would be even better since it has micellar
casein so it should make a nice thick bowl of proats.

Dosing the same at cheap sources would've cut the price way down, but the biovailability was much better with the ingredients we chose.

Awesome. I would like to hear the seminar on it. I'm not much one for multi-vitamins, but using it here and there, I definitely see a value to. Really loving this stack so far!

Reload Recovery Matrix is an absolutely loaded post-workout product! Generally, post-workout supplement that don't contain protein I think are usually worth foregoing, but Reload Recovery Matrix is absolutely loaded! The formula is enormous with 8 grams of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio! This is one of the largest BCAA dosages I have seen. The formula is also loaded with a ton of other ergogens: beta-alanine, betaine, and creatine, plus a ton of purported recovery ingredients: OKG, glutamine, taurine, glycine, and LCLT. The formula is really impressive, and the only thing that would elevate it would be the addition of macronutrients: carbs and protein. 10 out of 10 on formula.

I've only had the opportunity to run Reload Recovery Matrix for a few days so it is difficult to assess whether it "optimizes workout gains," "accelerates muscle recovery," and "maximizes muscle growth," but I have confidence in the strong formula. I have been feeling great over the past few days of use. I have used Reload Recovery Matrix to help extend my long workout, and I have seen some benefit there. Preliminary 10 out of 10 on effects.

The Orange Mango flavor is strong, tart, and just completely delicious. It is definitely a heavy flavor in that it has a ton of sweetness to it and the fruitiness of the mango and the tartness of the citrus really comes through. It is definitely a flavor I enjoy and recommend. The product mixes extremely well for such a large scoop. I definitely suggest using at least double the recommended water use to optimize the flavor. 10 out of 10!

Yes, I think this is a pretty incomparable haul! NutraBio is premier, and everyone knows it! PRE Extreme is awesome! I just have a tub of the regular PRE, which is already amazing.

The shear number and enormous doses of N.O. boosters is really what I find most impressive about the formula: 6 g citrulline malate, 1 g agmatine sulfate, and .75 g Nitrosigine. I love the balanced combination of both caffeine anhydrous and di-caffeine malate. This noticeable helps extend the stimulant effects. I personally feel I respond well to di-caffeine malate too! There is nothing to criticize about this formula and the Extreme version with additional stimulants is even more impressive! 10 out of 10!

The performance-improving effects of NutraBio PRE are undeniable and excellent! The energy is equal parts intensity and consistency, and the entire CNS experience is premier with the nootropic heavy formula! The blood flow and N.O. boosting was killer - ridiculous, skin-splitting muscle pumps during hypertrophy sessions and great circulation, optimal fueling during strength sessions. Cardio is fun and easy on NutraBio PRE as well! NutraBio PRE is definitely one of the best pre-workouts I have used to improve workout performance. 10 out of 10 for performance effects.

The Green Apple flavor is mild yet satisfying. It was a subtle, smooth apple flavor that had a completely natural feel. The color is tame and on point. The powder mixes very well for being such a large scoop. 10 out of 10 on flavor.

Overall another perfect 10 for NutraBio!

Haha! Yes they are indeed! I agree both are awesome. I think Extreme has an edge on the regular version, but it is smaller than I would expect from the label differences. Both are unarguably amazing!

That's pretty interesting!? Extreme definitely hits me harder. There is quite a bit of theanine in both products, maybe that changes things up somewhat.

The 24.2 gram scoop mixes easily and surprisingly settles very little. Periodic shaking keeps it homogeneously mixed. 10 on flavor too!

It hard to assess effects from intra-workout because, they wouldn't be incredibly noticeable especially from short-term use, but Intra Blast definitely helps me stay hydrated during workout and keeps me wanting to keep working out and work for another sip!
