Hello,
I'm confused about the use of the handle/bar on either side of the bench behind the rack? What purpose do they serve?
Check the red circles in the attached images.

i don't know anything about those handles, but i do know i wouldn't buy either of those benches

Yes, thats a Wynmor bench who were bought by York a long time ago. That bench weighs around 130 lbs, so you might need help throwing it in the dumpster LOL. It's not the most aesthetic looking bench, but it's probably a tank.

Thats a beautiful bench, very well designed. A proper bench is one of the most important things, especially if you like dumbbells. I like the pivot system on it and the spotter platform is pretty cool.Originally Posted by McBrody
