I recently started my daily porridge routine which consists of a wide concoction of supplements one being spirulina (one table spoon daily and sometimes a table form) . So recently I've started to research online the dosage and benefits of spirulina and came across some of the so call dangers of it like the production of neurotoxin bmAA if i remember correctly and things like bad growing environments causing toxic powders etc. So I'm just wondering whats peoples thoughts on spirulina are and if theres any other unstated dangers linked to this supplement
