No. Never gtg. There are some issues BCAAs can cause that are magnified when low on daily protein.

You should never take a BCAA product. Period.

Leucine though should be gtg especially as you age. Your need becomes quite greater as we age. Luckily it’s dirt cheap in bulk like creatine mono.

leucine can be used strategically for vegans as well. I use that on my own clients
