I believe we just signed a contract to outfit the Army with Sig 320s, replacing our Berettas. This means 4 or so years until the Air Force gets the change but i'm excited. Not so excited after hearing the news in that video lol.

Has to do with trigger weight on stock models. An aftermarket lighter trigger solves the issue. Plus, you have to drop it, and it has to hit just right to go off. Obviously good practice is to never drop any firearm. Lol

That's a great deal on a 320, aren't they around 900 new? I don't know if we are getting stock 320s or one made specifically for the Army/Air Force. There shouldn't be a time on home station this would happen but being deployed i could see the chance of it during a firefight if you happened to drop your sidearm.

No way in hell, P320 is the most economical tier of SIGs - MSRP is in the $600 range and if you pay in the MSRP range, you are probably getting fleeced these days.
