Micro Weights for PowerTec Dumbbells?

Any magnetic weights or anything out there that would make it easy to add 1.25 or 2.5 lbs to the dumbells?
Sometimes adding the 5 lbs by stepping up from the handles with two added weights to the next plate with no added weights is a real biatch.
