With Kabuki if you get an unblemished bar, seems a good chance you won't, you got a very good bar and paid a premium price. If you happen to call to complain about blemishes their CS generally will correct the problem. Then put the returned, if the bar was returned, on clearance still at a premium price.
With Rogue you get a very good bar at a very good value and generally they catch any blemishes before sending them out and put any blemished bars for sale in the bone yard. If you happen to get a blemish by mistake their CS will generally make it right.Last edited by Jason2459; 03-06-2018 at 08:50 AM.

Got a tracking on my bar today... it’ll be here Friday. I expressed my concerns that I had stemming from this thread. They sent pics and the bar looks immaculate (with the new end caps) and that they would take it back if need be. When I get it it may reveal things in hand but super excited to get that bad boy in.

Size them up together before inserting. The stamped caps look nice.

Second time is the charm. Pro tip, clean the snap ring or you'll be wondering what's all this **** on the shiny new end cap. It's the paint off the old cap in case anyone hasn't been following along.

It’s crazy, I called and expressed all of the concerns on this thread. They assured me things are fine and they were (aside from my thought it should have been a bit earlier due to rogue getting things here lightning fast) I actually kind of feel bad for calling and asking them to confirm each thing that y’all had issues with. Maybe it’s not as bad as it used to be?

Lots of quality bars out there and people are worried about end caps LOL.
I would never do business with someone that has poor service i don't care how good their bar is suppose to be.
Elite Fitness gets most of my bussiness.
No F'ing around they are on top of it.
I bought a Texas power bar from them 12 years ago and it's still going strong with regular use.
When it comes down to it all bars feel pretty much the same when you lift it's just how the integrity of the bar holds up with heavy poundages.
It's all just a matter of opinion on what is considered better.

End caps were just icing on the cake. The new ones look sweet.
I disagree about bars feeling the same while lifting. First diameter plays a big role but that's obvious. The knurl can make or break a lift too especially with pulling, or sliding on the back with certain styles, or feeling secure in the hands while pressing. Like my 29mm B&R bar I don't like squatting with but like pulling with. But it does slip a bit on higher reps. But my Westside PBv1 doesn't slip but rips my skin on higher reps. My new Absolute Powerbar seems to be a great middle ground. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

EF diesnt get the live here they should. They didnt get price crazy like sorinex and others and though they dont have a big line of home produced equipment quite like rogue, they carry a lot of products and there pricing is good. I just started shopping there last year but found them tops for bands, accesories and they had some unique specialty bars. They shipped my black froday prder right out and responded imeadiately to emails. Good company

At one point during my call I asked so many questions about this threads concerns that the guy said “I obviously cannot put your mind at ease with this purchase would you like for me to just CX it out?” Now that I have the bar in hand
1. I hate that I asked him so many questions and
2. Thank GOD I didn’t CX it
Squated tonite with it and it was perfect.
