Kinda strange, I was looking at the Duffalo online today to check prices and it looks like Zinc is back as their cheapest finish with Black oxide being more expensive (on the power bar too). I thought the Zinc was "discontinued." This company man....

Finally received and email about why things are taking more time because they are waiting on sleeves to get back to use from the plating shop. No clue what that means.

itd have something to do with realising that they would probably lose sales if they had the cheapest option for the bars increase by another $35-50 when people were already of the opinion they are overpriced.

I think a lot of the blemished bars were the clear zinc, so maybe they made a rash decision saying nah we are not offering this anymore and then actually thought it through and decided to still offer it, but not make it the default.

I think the black oxide sleeves is a mistake personally, i would have made black oxide with clear zinc sleeves the base option but i dont work there...

TBH i think that is pretty self explanatory is it not?
They didnt get the sleeves for the bars back at the same time as they got the shafts (despite potentially being sent to the plating business at the same time), thus they have to wait for the sleeves to arrive before they can assemble and pack your bar?

While not ideal, especially if you ordered under the pretence of the bar being in stock, would you rather they sent you just the shaft now and send you the sleeves later and have you self assemble it?

yes ordered under the impression they would be in stock. The items they are out of stock of they list that way.

Duffalo bars seem pretty popular. I have a bow bar. I haven't seen to many transformer bars.

I have a Shoulderök V1,Duffalo and the Power bar, all in nickel plating. The transformer bar really doesn’t appeal to me, plus I have the EliteFTS SS yoke bar.

That guys books along with Brian Carroll and those vids have me lifting again after breaking my back twice in 2 years (2014 and 16) And hope I don't have a relapse again but my L4 through S1 are pretty well F'd. The ultimate back book is gold.
