Whats up everyone, David Here, once again bringing you another Log of Epic Porportions. This time, its The GrowWithMeXtreme Stack from Muscle Elements, which consists of PreCreXS paired with AminoFlow, both in Fruit Punch Flavor. I am a huge fan of Muscle Elements, and Thouroly Enjoyed the Original PreCre at a Scoop & A 1/2.
Purchased some ssamples of the XS Version in American Bomb Pop flavor. Was pleasently suprised at how incredible smooth and clean the XS version is, despite it being over 400mg of Caffiene. Thought it was going to blast my face off, and be stimmed out of my mind...... Instead of the usual Slap in the face type energy that some other brands provide with this amount of cafffiene, XS Provided Super clean and smooth energy, Fantastic Focus, Nice Steady Strength Gains, Massive pumps by itself, even bigger pumps paired with AminoFlow, Endurance that keeps going and going.
Looking forward to logging my thoughts on this Stack over the next 8 Weeks. I dose this Stack about 45 min-1 hr Pre Training, so the product gets into my system to kill my workouts.
Took my first serving this Morning, Fasted. I have decided to Train Sun-Tues-Thur at the Gym, And am going to Consume 212 Powder in the American Bomb Pop flavor on Tues, and Thur. Taking the AminoFlow Sun-Thur.

Instead of using heavy weight, used lighter weight, really thought about the targeted muscle being worked and went nice and slow on the eccentric portion of the movement and held at the concentric portion. To many people use Ego and use there Traps. This is a SHOULDER move not a TRAP move.
SUPERSET:
BENT-OVER LATERAL RAISE
2 sets of 8-12 reps.

Went light and really squeezed at the top of the movement. No swinging like a crazy person.

I'll set a goal each week to either up my weight or reps. Doing a little more each time. With PreCre XS, I'm finding out you actually run out of stuff to do in the Gym. The energy isn't super crazy considering the amount of caffiene that's in this which is very suprising. My limit with other products is 400mg Max. I can handle XS just fine. Don't need more than a Scoop so u get 30 Legit workouts out of the Tub. Will definitely Order more once I run out. Easily in my Top 10 pre's. I have had better Fruit Punch flavors though but it isn't the worst, and plus. U shouldn't be drinking pre workout for Flavor anyways.
Going to have a hard time going back the Original PreCre after this lol. This thing is Jammed Packed with Awesomeness in each Scoop. You outdid yourself with this one Muscle Elements. Didn't think it could get any better for Performance than the Original, Fantastic Job! Having fun Training again which I haven't felt in a while. Getting back on track with Nutrition and Supplements. I'll always have ME products in my Cabinet.
Looking forward to smashing Legs tmw. Taking my Father to the Gym, will be a lot of Fun.

Yes. Two of my favorite styles of training are FST7 and German Volume Training. Up at 7am sharp tmw for Back/Triceps. Walked up and down my staircase this morning for cardio after taking the 212. Hope u all had an awesome weekend. Currently going through some tough times but I know that God will get me through it all have to continue to trust in him. Training is also keeping me busy.

This has been on ongoing theme with this preworkout and is something I noticed from it right away when I initially did my very first review of it way back in the day. I was expecting a highly energetic punch to the face and a crash that never came!
I've been huge into some off-label EDM stuff. Not everyone's cup of tea but I really enjoy it.Muscle Elements Representative

Hitting Shoulders and Legs tmw at 5am. Will have the whole Gym to myself which will be nice. I put my Headphones in and shut everyone out. It's just myself and the weights. Picked up a Shaker which mixes everything with a push of a button. I don't compare myself to others at the gym. It's me vs me. Trying to better myself each day

Here is my life story to inspire:
I have Bronchial Pulmunary Dysplasia, Touretts, Gilbert Syndrome (high billirubim count) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, I am a high functioning autistic. I used to go into petit mal seizures. I have not gone into a seizure in a very long time thank goodness. Surgeries I have had include: fixed hole in heart, intestional (section removed) gallbladder removed, tonsil, adnoids removed. I was blind in my left eye growing up. But now I can see with both eyes. 40/20 hearing loss which is now fixed.
I had paralyzed swallow muscles and vocal chords. I am doing extremely well now-compensating. Didnt breath when I was born at 26 weeks pre-mature. I Was 1lb, 10oz, 11 & a 1/2 in long, put on life support for 4 months, was placed in the nicu my 5th month on full oxygen and 9 meds. Suffered severe brain bleeds. I had to have everything be put inside a blender in order for me to eat it, cause I had a real difficult time swallowing food and drinks.
The doctors said I would not make it alive, that I would Die cuz i was so sick. And said, that if I did make it thru, that I would be severly handicapped, and be wheelchair bound for life. Well........ the doctors were wrong. I am currently 5 foot 9, & healthy, living life to the fullest

Inspirational indeed. As soon as you said BPD I figured you must have been a NICU premie. I'm a respiratory therapist and work almost exclusively with that patient population. Seeing that kids like you have gone from barely weighing a kilo to now a full grown adult living life is what makes me proud to hold the position I do. Thank you for your story!
