I was given the opportunity to sample out Muscleology RedTest- Test Booster And Dtox- Natural Detoxifiying formula- Liver kidney support.
I will be taking 3 RedTest in the morning 3 Red Test at night. (20 days) 6 on workout days. 3 on non workout days (30)
I will be taking 3 Dtox in the morning (30days)
I will be trying to increase my lifts over the next 30 days. I will use 6 test boosters on workout days and 3 on non workout days.
Starting Weight 228
Squat 255x5
Deadlift 315x5
Bench 275x5
Incline 205x5
Rows 215x5
I will atempt to increase all 5 of these major compound movers. I'll be doing a version of starting strength. Squatting 3x a week bench 2x a week deadlift once a week.

Felt good. I was using different shoes so they were harder than it should have been
Bench press 130x5 160x5 295x5 225x5 260x5
Felt good nice and strong. Hopefully I'll be 285-295x5 later this year.
Rows 105x5 135x5 155x5 185x5 210x5
210x5 was Really hard. Its pretty close my max.
4 sets 25 situps
2 sets 25 hyperextensions

Happy Labor day fellas!
I'v noticed i'v been sleeping really good at night a solid 8 hours uninterrupted. Really like that so far!
Hit squats and deadlifts today. I'm trying to get a feel for where my 1 rep max is.
Did squats 135x10 185x5 225x5 245x3 265x3 275x3 285x2 295x2 275x3
I'd say my estmated 1RPmax is 315. Easily had 1 or 2 more in the tank at 295x2
Deadlifts. 135x10 225x5 275x3 315x3 335x2 365x2 385x1 395x1 395x1.
Overall felt good. I'm say my 1 RM is 405.
Feeling pretty good.
Tomorrow i'm get a good estimate on my Bench and OH press.

Final Review
Overall- 10/10 stack
I noticed I was sleeping better resulting in great recovery. I started this log cutting but ended up seeing pretty solid strength gains over the 1 month. I'm sitting at around 225 (-3) from my starting weight.
My squat was 255x5= 287 estimated 1 rep max. My best day I hit 315x2= 325(belted) I'd say that was a solid jump in strengh. I really worked on my form but i'd say the stack helped a good bit.
Deadlift was 315x5- =354. I hit 405x2 and 445x1. I'd say that is a huge boost. I really focused on my form and hit these lifts hard.
Bench 275x5= 309. I hit 315x2= 324. I used a lift off on the 315. I probably could have got another rep. Another solid 15lbs gain.
Incline Bench 205x5. I hit 225x6 today. If great.
Rows 215x5- I honestly didn't do much rowing over the past few months. I'd say it probably went up but I can't say for sure.
Overall, I have nothing I can really complain about. I lost 3 pounds while adding 50-100 lbs onto my lifts. This is obviously not to be expected. I didn't deadlift or squat for the past year. I got my noob gainz back. I was very happy with the gains. I'd recommend this stack to anyone looking to get some gains. I'd say realistically 10-20 lbs on bench and squat and 5-10 lbs on bench is very likely.
