Hi everyone,
Looking for a good keto recipe regimen. I'm generally in the hospital working 10-14 hrs a day 6 days a week and it is just so much easier to grab a chicken sandwich from the cafeteria or a granola bar from my pocket during any down time.
I've gone from 180lbs to 230lbs over the past 4 years of grad school, I'm getting married in around 10 months, and I've finally decided enough is enough. I want to change things little by little. Will start reintegrating exercise back in, but I know it all starts in the kitchen. In the past the only diet that has worked for weight loss has been keto. It's difficult to get through the first week, but after that it is all good.
Has anyone found good ideas for snacks I can keep in my coat pockets in the hospital to keep energized through the day, and quick meals I can keep in the fridge for lunches?
Thanks

Hard boiled eggs, jerky, meat, salads....
Or just eat at a calorie deficit and have carbs; keto has no benefit to fat loss over a normal calorie deficit.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
