    No gym for two weeks?? What will happen?

    Hey everyone so I'm vacationing for the next two weeks and I've been bulking for the past couple of months . Went from 130-150 lbs. So now I'm vacationing for the next two weeks and I really honestly don't know if I'm even going to have enough water either since I'm gonna be busy. Anyways what can I do to maintain my strength and gains? What I am going to do is body weight workouts for the next two weeks I guess.. Working out full body body weight workouts 3-4 times a week. Although I am afraid that it probably won't be enough for my muscles because it might work more endurance since the reps could go up to even more than 50.. Anyways, what are your suggestions on what to do? And I'm thinking about eating at maintenance as well for the next two weeks or slightly above.

    eat on maintenance and do high volume bodyweight training, not much else you can do.
    You wont lose much strength (maybe a lil bit since you wont be squatting, benching,etc) but muscle should be fine.

    Thanks. I'll just train to failure with some body weight workouts even if it's a lot of reps. But I will somehow try to incorporate weight into some things. I can use grocery bags , etc. but I do think that if I do get back, I will get twice as stronger from all the rest and my strength will be back quickly.
