Need tips on how to increase bench performance.

I am 18 years old and I never touched a weight until 3 months ago, I fell in love with lifting and going to the gym ever since. I train 6 days a week and my lifts last anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. My body type is skinny and scrawny, at 6'2" 150lbs, but my beginner gains are beginning to show. Since I began bench press has always been my weakest lift. At best I can bench 6 reps of 105. However I can squat and deadlift 225. Does anyone have any tips on how to increase my ability to bench more weight?

I've got the same problem. I'm 5'9 but 170lbs. Even though I have a thicker build for my height I still suck at benching and now my shoulder is killing me today. My bench max was 110 5x5. If your 6'2 and 150 you can probably go up to 190 without being overweight.
    Squat- 450lbs
    Bench- 260lbs
    Deadlift- 520lbs

I'll just copy paste what I wrote to someone yesterday:

There's no point in complicating things. You're overall too weak to have any distinct weaknesses that would need to be adressed with assistance exercises.

Just bench at least twice a week consistently and nail down your form. Learn the actual exercise you're trying to get better at.

Follow a beginner program and gain weight.
