    Critique my 3 month bulk progress - Body fat estimations before and after? *WILL REP*

    Pretty self explanatory.. I just want to know how my progress was so far in my bulk. Now in the before photo , I'm actually 2 months IN my bulk. But anyways, I realize I could've made better progress, but I kept slacking in my calories and getting lazy into counting them. But can I get some critique in between the three months in these photos? WHat has improved? And what has my body fat been before? And what is my body fat right now? ANd what areas are lacking and should I improve on??

    Before: 140-141 lbs

    After: 149 lbs I believe

    Wow damn. Am I really gaining fat that quickly tho? 9 lbs difference and around 3% body fat difference? :/ I am gaining strength more though.

    To me you look the same just keep grinding 3 months isn't a lot of time.
