i try to do them after every meal but ive let them sit for 3-4 days before. Never a pile of them but just like a bowl or two i was too lazy to clean along with what i was cleaning from the next meal.

Dumbbell rows or DB OHP. I feel like my lats and delts which are my two best muscle groups excell because i go heavy on both exercises. I feel dumbbells give a better squeeze and allow for more mind muscle connection.

Dont do any and havent before but once im lean again i may join the dark side. Ive taken my physique about as far as i can naturally and id love to see where id be if i took the extra step. Id love to compete one day too, plus staying shredded is easier that way. I think it should be legal but moderated by a physician.

Hmm, this is a tough question, I don't judge ppl for taking it, maybe for some it is worth it if that is what most of their life is all about (getting big, bodybuilding, being admired, whatever). I don't necessarily think it's healthy and I would never take them but just look at the chit some of us eat, a lot of it isn't healthy but we're still gonna eat it aren't we? (Unless you are really strict and only eat chicken, bro**oli and brown rice every day of your life). It's not for everyone but I can understand why some take it. I don't think it should be legalized.
